I'm sorry wearing that mask for 6 hours sucked. But cause of people like you, health workers have to wear them 16+ hours a day.

Haven't finished watching yet, but seeing the comments made me want to get on here and encourage you that a lot of people think you're fine for traveling. You're taking precautions, airports are cleaning like crazy, etc. I started watching your videos when I worked abroad in Israel in 2019 and was even more inspired to travel while it was so accessible there! :D Thanks for the fun content!

Ok not sure why it’s a big deal to fly since we been flying all year long last year I think we all want to live a normal life again whiteout all the fear going around and no a lot of the new rules make no sense but ya hope people will come back to their senses and don’t live in fear all their life

I always thought you guys set a wonderful example of being accepting of foreign host cultures , and was so proud to see you make the right decision to stop van travel when the travel advisories popped up. I am almost 60 so I am a bit more concerned but for 2 young healthy people like yourselves I don't think you should be too worried. I thought your "worry" or nervousness was a little over the top. I know a number of people who have been on planes with no issues. The 2 of you are so fearless and go everywhere so I was a bit surprised to see you so concerned or a bit spooked. As someone who works for an airline in the US, and someone who has had COVID-19, I can say this on two different fronts.. Don't be afraid to travel. Airports and airlines and taking extreme measures to reduce your risk and honestly, if you do happen to get COVID-19, the odds of either of you becoming severely ill are extremely low. You're going to get a lot of backlash from people who are afraid but tune them out. Fear brings out the worst in all of us, right?

Well said. Virus has a 99.74 per cent survival rate too. Compared to the plague which killed 70% of people who got it. People have lost their minds and become authoritarian and aggressive due to media fear mongering.

I’m reading these comments and I’m so done. They’re a TRAVEL channel. And the hypocrisy from some of you is hilarious. I’m literally seeing hate comments from OTHER travel channels that are STILL CURRENTLY traveling. We’ve ALL been subscribed to them, or at least following them, for the last year now that they’ve been TRAVELING! And now because it’s simply a different mode of transportation you guys want to say something? Lol ok. For the past year I have not changed a single aspect of my life or changed the way I lived and I have NOT gotten covid. I think most of the hate coming from people is them realizing, that they haven’t been careful. My biggest flex of 2020 was coming out of a pandemic not having gotten covid OR any of my close AND distant family members. We have STILL gone to restaurants and have traveled within our own state. We still meet up with friends and family. But what do we do? Wash our hands, sanitize CONSTANTLY when water and soap aren’t available, and the mask STAYS ON at ALL times. That’s it! We still live the same way post pandemic that we did pre-pandemic. And to be honest, a lot of you who have gotten infected or family members that have gotten infected, are because you didn’t take the necessary precautions or were exposed to it for too long WHILE AGAIN not taking the necessary precautions. I’ve for SURE been exposed to covid because I live in Miami and we were the #1 epicenter for MONTHS on end. After quarantining from March-July, I started living a normal life again. All in all, STOP HATING on them, look at yourself in the mirror and analyze your pandemic precautions before you comment on someone else’s, AND LET THEM LIVE and make a living. And that’s on PERIOD.

@Catherine Fu They count a covid death as any death within 28 days of a positive covid test result even if the person had lots of other illnesses. The pcr test was not designed to detect live virus, as stated by its inventor Kary Mullis. It is 93% inaccurate. So the data is all falsified and inaccurate. Actual covid deaths are much fewer than that. And they are now adding vaccine deaths to the covid death count, because apparently if someone dies after the vaccine, it means covid killed them rather than the vaccine.

Wow so much judgement in the comments, it's ok to have an opinion, it's ok to be sad or upset about the video but what I feel isn't ok is how people have reacted through there words. Kindness doesn't take much and saying what you feel in a kind way will be processed better than in an angry and judgemental post. I know in england people made choices off the goverment who gave very confusing signals one second they said classes with 34 in are safe then the next said it wasnt. Their videos are there income. I've seen worse behaviour in the streets and in supermarkets than in this whole video. They did everything that is said wear mask, sanitise hands and wash hands. They didnt go near anyone. Y'all bash these folks for flying. Yet right now at airports you have to prove your negative status for Covid-19, and now have to be vaccinated in certain states. Not to mention airports spending thousands to sterilize everything and having to lay off employees. How much more scrupulous does the world have to be before we all quit being nasty and hypocritical? Where does it end? When we all sacrifice our entire freedom over a virus that 99% of patients get over? The CDC already admitted on their website that they have lied about the death total. Hospitals put Covid-19 as the cause of death, even without a positive test to prove it. Hospitals get $40,000 in funding from Medicare if they list Covid-19 and force them on a ventilator, even if the real cause was pneumonia or bronchitis or cancer. Thousands of families are coming forth calling out the greed of hospitals. They're still a business, not a public service. First responders, doctors, nurses & hospital workers are risking their lives every day during this PANDEMIC. You’re young & intelligent, but a non essential flight & trip to Vegas at this time is irresponsible. I’ve enjoyed your videos & continued to watch even the VAN TRAVELS, convincing myself that, at least you were trying hard to practice social distancing. The only people who seem to agree with the decision to fly are the kind of people I think Kara and Nate would never want to associate themselves with. I and every airline ARE advocating for everyone to fly. The airlines have spent millions on clean air filters. They are social distancing in the plane. Everyone has to have a mask on from the moment you enter the airport, plane etc until you arrive at your destination and leave that airport. All international flights leaving or landing in the US now have to have a Covid negative test. People get on a plane. Every single national park is crowded beyond belief. Car parking lots are packed and people everywhere. Get on a plane, go somewhere new, get a air bnb....or stay home....but we have to keep on going. Just do it safely.
